Privacy Policy

How we handle the information you share with us. Last updated: June 2026.

This policy explains how Summit Leads Ltd ("Summit Leads", "we", "us") collects and uses personal information when you use this website or send us an enquiry. We are the data controller for that information under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).

Who we are

Summit Leads Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17204832). Our registered office is 10 Windsor Street, Rhyl. You can reach us at [email protected] or on 07444 225 623.

What we collect

  • Enquiry details you give us: your name, business name, phone number, email, trade, the area you cover, and anything you write in the message box.
  • Marketing attribution data: where your visit came from, such as a Google click identifier (GCLID) and campaign tags (UTM values), the page you arrived on, and the referring website.
  • Basic technical data needed to deliver the page, handled by your browser as normal.

We do not knowingly collect special category data, and we ask you not to include sensitive personal details in the message box.

How your enquiry reaches us

When you submit the contact form, your details are sent to us by email to [email protected] over an encrypted connection. We do not keep a public database of form submissions on this website.

This website and the contact form run on Cloudflare's platform. To tell real people from automated bots and cut down on spam, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process limited technical information from your browser to complete that security check. It is not used to track you across other websites.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

  • To respond to your enquiry and check whether your trade and area are available. Lawful basis: steps taken at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
  • To measure and improve our advertising. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in running effective, accountable marketing.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers acting as our processors:

  • Cloudflare, Inc. — hosts this website, processes the contact form and provides the Turnstile anti-spam check.
  • Google — our business email (Google Workspace) receives and stores the enquiry you send to [email protected]; and, where you have engaged with our advertising, Google's advertising and analytics services help us attribute and measure campaigns.

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it where necessary for the purposes above or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as we are in contact with you about working together, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal and accounting obligations. We then delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to data portability. Email [email protected].

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date above shows when it was last changed.
